Real estate agency: how to connect Real Status with Wrapp
Real Status holds your agency's properties and clients. Wrapp issues the document for the fee. What changes in practice for a real estate agency, and the four steps to activate the integration.
Real Status is a CRM for real estate agencies: it holds your properties, clients, requirements and collaborations, and connects to the property portals. What it does not do, like any CRM, is issue the document for your fee. That part is Wrapp's job.
With the two connected, the commission agreed inside the CRM goes out as a proper document, marked and transmitted to myDATA, without anyone retyping it somewhere else. Below is what changes in practice for an agency, and the four steps to switch it on.
What changes for a real estate agency
An agency's work almost always ends at the same place: a fee that has to be invoiced, often days after the deal closed, and often by someone other than the person who closed it. That is where documents go missing and where the client's details get typed wrong.
The CRM already knows who the client is and how much the fee is. The integration simply stops asking someone to key it into a second system.
Two things are worth separating, because they are routinely conflated. First, transmitting to myDATA is not issuing: issuing covers the marking and the delivery of the document, and it goes through a licensed electronic invoicing provider (ΥΠΑΗΕΣ). Second, which document you issue for your fee depends on whether the client is a business or a private individual, and that is a decision to confirm with your accountant. The guide on how to issue a document shows the flow inside the app.
Before you start
You need an active Wrapp account and at least one document series. If you do not have an account yet, start with creating an account, and if you have no series, with creating a billing book. To have a business client's details fill in correctly, it helps to have set up customer lookup by VAT number.
Step 1: Open your profile in Wrapp
Sign in to the app and click the avatar at the top right of your screen.

Step 2: Find your account email
Clicking "Profile" shows the email your account was activated with.

Step 3: Find your account API Key
Click "Settings" and then the Account Settings section to find your API Key.

Step 4: Send the details to Real Status
With both to hand, email them to [email protected]. Once the email is received and the integration is complete, a representative will contact you.
The API Key is an access key to your account, not a one-time code. Share it only with partners you trust, such as the Real Status team, never in a public post or a group chat.
Do you still need a cash register?
No, as long as you issue through a licensed provider. Issuing through a ΥΠΑΗΕΣ provider is a legal alternative to a fiscal device: the provider's marking, a ΜΑΡΚ with a QR code transmitted to myDATA in real time, substitutes for the cash register's, with no daily "Z" report. A provider removes the fiscal device; it does not remove the business's other obligations towards ΑΑΔΕ. The replacement steps are in the guide on replacing the cash register.
What changes from 1 October 2026
From 1 October 2026 electronic invoicing becomes mandatory for B2B documents across all businesses, with a transitional period until 31/12/2026 that depends on a declaration filed in time. For an agency that means every fee invoiced to a business: developers, management companies and partner agencies. The full timeline, the conditions and the penalties are in the guide to 1/10/2026.
Frequently asked questions
What is Real Status?
It is a CRM for real estate agencies: managing properties, clients, requirements and collaborations, with bridges to the property portals and a mobile app. It is a certified Wrapp integration partner, so documents are issued from inside the flow you already use.
Does Real Status issue documents on its own?
No, and it does not need to. It is a CRM, the system that holds the deal. Issuing a document is a different job: it covers marking, delivery to the recipient and transmission to myDATA, and it goes through a licensed electronic invoicing provider. In the integration, Real Status holds the deal and Wrapp issues.
What is needed to connect Wrapp with Real Status?
Two details from your Wrapp account: the email your account was activated with, and the API Key. You email them to [email protected] and the Real Status team completes the integration.
Where do I find my API Key in Wrapp?
Sign in to Wrapp, click the avatar at the top right, choose Settings and then the Account Settings section. Your API Key is shown there.
Is it safe to send my API Key?
The API Key is an access key to your account, not a one-time code. Send it only to the support address of the partner you want to connect to, here [email protected], and never in a public post or a group chat.
Which document do I issue for a brokerage fee?
It depends on who the recipient is, that is whether you are invoicing a business or a private individual, and it is a decision to confirm with your accountant. Wrapp covers both cases, and the flow inside the app is described in the guide on issuing a document.
Do I need a cash register in the office?
No, as long as you issue through a licensed provider. The provider's marking, a ΜΑΡΚ with a QR code transmitted to myDATA in real time, substitutes for the fiscal device's, with no daily "Z" report. A provider removes the fiscal device; it does not remove the business's other obligations towards ΑΑΔΕ.
What changes for my agency from 1 October 2026?
From 1 October 2026 electronic invoicing becomes mandatory for B2B documents across all businesses, with a transitional period until 31/12/2026 that depends on a declaration filed in time. In practice it covers every fee you invoice to a business, such as developers, management companies or partner agencies.
When will the integration be ready?
Once the email with your details is received and the integration is complete, a representative will contact you to confirm.
