Every document gets a MARK and a QR code and is transmitted to myDATA the moment you issue it. From 1/1/2027, digital goods movement also covers loading, transhipment and receipt, for every business.

Is Wrapp a certified AADE provider on every plan?

Yes, on every plan from Lite to Ultra. Wrapp is a certified e-invoicing provider (ΥΠΑΗΕΣ) with provider code 029. Every document gets its MARK and QR code and is transmitted to myDATA the moment you issue it. Plans differ only in document volume, API calls and the POS, B2G and e-shop connections.

What changes on 2 November 2026, and what do I need to do?
From 2 November 2026, e-invoicing becomes mandatory for businesses with gross revenue up to €1,000,000 in 2023 as well. Until 31 January 2027 there is a transitional period in which the old ways of issuing run in parallel, but only if a provider declaration has been filed. From 1 February 2027, invoices to businesses (B2B) and to the public sector (B2G) are issued only through a provider or AADE's own timologio and myDATAapp. Whichever Wrapp plan you choose, we file the provider declaration with AADE, using the details you fill in on Wrapp. The full process, step by step.
Which document types does each plan include?

All of them, on every plan from Lite to Ultra: sales invoices, service invoices, retail receipts, service receipts, credit notes and delivery notes with digital goods movement, plus a digital client register with no entry limit. Plans differ in volume and connections, not in document types. The one exception is invoices to the public sector (B2G), included from Plus (€239) up.

What happens if I reach the document limit before 12 months are up?

There is no overage charge. The subscription renews for a new 12 months with fresh limits. The same applies to the plan's API calls and webhooks.

Is there a per-document charge?

No. You pay for the plan per year. The «works out to» figure next to the price is the plan price divided by its document limit, not a charge.

What is B2G and what does it cost?

Issuing invoices to public-sector bodies. It is included from Plus (€239) up. On the smaller plans it is activated for €30 + VAT.

E-shop connection or API: what is the difference?

The ready-made e-shop connection links a source of orders, e.g. Skroutz or WooCommerce, to Wrapp with no code: €140 + VAT per source, per year, from Plus (€239) up. Max (€549) includes 2 connections and Ultra (€1.999) includes 6. If your developer connects straight to the Wrapp API, there is no connection fee: you pay only for the plan.

Is the web app included?

Yes. Every plan includes both the web app and the API, with unlimited branches. You can issue from the app, from your own system, or both.
