Digital goods movement means every delivery note and movement document is issued digitally and transmitted to myDATA in real time before transport begins, receiving a MARK and a QR code that travels with the goods. It has been mandatory for all Greek businesses moving goods, including e-shops, since 1/12/2025. Under decision A.1094/2026, Phase B1 (loading, receipt and traceability data) starts on 12/10/2026 and unified item coding on 1/1/2027. Wrapp, an AADE-licensed e-invoicing provider (ΥΠΑΗΕΣ), issues and transmits movement documents automatically, so your store is already compliant.

For retail orders the obligation is covered if the retail receipt is attached visibly on the outside of the parcel, next to the courier voucher. If the receipt only goes inside the box or is sent by email, which is the most common e-shop practice, a digital delivery note must be issued and transmitted to myDATA before courier pickup. For wholesale shipments to other businesses, and for stock transfers to warehouses or 3PL partners, a movement document is always required. With the Wrapp connection and API, the document is issued and transmitted automatically with MARK and QR code before the parcel leaves.

Yes, automatically. An order from a customer in another EU country issues its own document, with the right VAT treatment, reaches your customer by email and is transmitted to myDATA. You do not separate orders, keep a second record or change settings per country.

For returns or cancellations you issue a credit note, which Wrapp automatically transmits to myDATA linked to the original document. This way, correcting or cancelling a sale is done compliantly from the same place, with no need to step into myDATA manually.

You only need an active Wrapp subscription and the connection for your platform. You follow the guide once, and every new order automatically issues and transmits a document to myDATA. Most stores go live the same day, usually in under an hour.

Two lines. The Wrapp subscription is 239 € + VAT per year and covers issuing and transmission to myDATA by an AADE-authorized ΥΠΑΗΕΣ provider, plus the app for whatever you still issue by hand. The ready-made connection for each order source is 140 € + VAT per year, per source. An e-shop with two sources, for example Skroutz and OpenCart, pays 519 € + VAT per year in total.

No. Your subscription includes up to 200,000 documents per year, a volume an e-shop does not realistically exhaust. There is no separate package to buy and no per-document charge.

You are not charged per document and there is no overage fee. A subscription period closes on whichever of four limits arrives first: the 12 months, the document limit, the API-call limit or the webhook limit. At that point the subscription renews for a full new period, with fresh allowances. If your volume sits well below your plan limits, the renewal is simply annual.

Yes. You create an account, connect your channel and run the whole flow on a staging environment with your own data. Connecting the channel is read-only: nothing is issued and nothing changes in your store. You pay only when you go live.
