How to Connect Your All-in-One POS Device to Wrapp

A step-by-step guide to activating your all-in-one device in Viva and linking it to Wrapp: Merchant ID, Terminal ID and the Wrapp Terminal app installation.

Your all-in-one device combines a card terminal and document issuing in a single unit. To connect it to Wrapp, you first activate the terminal in your Viva account, keep your Merchant ID and Terminal ID, and then register them in Wrapp. This also covers the mandatory POS interconnection required by AADE, the Greek tax authority.

Part 1: Find your Merchant ID in Viva

1. Start by signing in to your Viva account from your computer. Then, from the main screen, go to Settings → API Access.

The Settings menu with the API Access option in the Viva dashboard

2. There you will see your Merchant ID. Keep it handy, you will need it in the steps below.

Frequently asked questions

What is an all-in-one POS device?

It is a single device that works both as a card terminal and as a document-issuing terminal through the Wrapp Terminal app, so you do not need a separate cash register.

Where do I find the 9-digit activation code?

Open the Viva Terminal app on the device, sign in with your Viva credentials and select Sign in, Activate your terminal, Activate with a device code. The 9-digit code appears on screen.

Is there anything else to do after registering the device in Wrapp?

Yes, one last step: install the Wrapp Terminal app from the Google Play Store on the device, so you can issue documents directly from it.

Does this setup cover the mandatory POS interconnection in Greece?

Yes. Wrapp is an e-invoicing provider (YPAHES) certified by AADE, the Greek tax authority, and with the integration the charge amount is sent to the POS directly from the issued document, as the rules require.
