Every Skroutz order needs two things: a document transmitted to myDATA, and its PDF uploaded to your Skroutz seller account. With Wrapp both happen on their own, for every order, without you opening the merchant portal.

Still issuing receipts by hand?
For every order you open your invoicing software, type in the customer and the products, issue the document, download the PDF and upload it to Skroutz. The more orders you take, the more time goes there, and every manual entry is a chance for a wrong VAT number or a wrong amount.
With Wrapp you connect your seller account once. From then on you never enter customers, products or order numbers: every order issues its own document.
The Skroutz twist: the PDF in the merchant portal
On Skroutz, transmitting to myDATA is only half the job. The document also has to be uploaded to the merchant portal, against the order it belongs to. We automate that too: as soon as it is issued, the PDF is uploaded to your seller account on its own. You download nothing and upload nothing.

You choose the point in the order's journey at which the document is issued, to match how your store works:
- On order, the moment it comes in.
- On acceptance, when you confirm it.

Receipt or invoice? It works it out
You never pick a document type order by order. If the buyer is a consumer, a retail receipt is issued. If the marketplace supplies a VAT number, an invoice is issued with the buyer's company details. Either way the document is transmitted to myDATA with MARK, UID and QR, and reaches your customer by email.
Credit notes, automatically
A return or a cancellation? A credit note is issued, linked to the original document, and transmitted to myDATA as well. No fixing things by hand in myDATA, and no second set of records.
Delivery notes
These are issued automatically too, on their own or combined with the invoice, and transmitted to myDATA with MARK and QR before the parcel leaves. When you need a delivery note for courier shipments is explained in our delivery note guide.
Customers in other EU countries
An order from a customer in another EU country issues the right document on its own, with the right VAT treatment, including the customer's local VAT when you sell under OSS. Frequently asked questions
How do I invoice my Skroutz orders automatically?
You connect your Skroutz seller account from inside Wrapp, once. From then on every order issues its own document, transmits it to myDATA with MARK, UID and QR, emails it to your customer and uploads it to the Skroutz merchant portal.
Do I have to upload the invoice PDF to Skroutz myself?
No. As soon as it is issued, the document is uploaded automatically to your Skroutz seller account, against the order it belongs to. You download nothing and upload nothing by hand.
Can I choose when the document is issued?
Yes. You decide whether the document is issued on order, on acceptance, on shipment or on delivery to the customer. You set it when you connect and change it whenever you like.
How does it know whether to issue a receipt or an invoice?
From the order details. A consumer buyer gets a retail receipt. When the marketplace supplies a VAT number, an invoice is issued with the buyer company details.
What happens with returns and cancellations?
A credit note is issued, linked to the original document, and transmitted to myDATA automatically. There is no need to step into myDATA by hand.
Are delivery notes issued too?
