B2G Invoices: Finding the Extra Fields Required for Greek Public Sector Billing
AAHT code, ADAM, commitment ADA and CPV code: here is where to find every extra field a Greek public sector (B2G) invoice requires.
Issuing an invoice to the Greek public sector (B2G) requires a few extra pieces of information compared to a regular invoice. In this guide you will see exactly what you need and where to find each field, step by step.
The extra fields you need
- AAHT code (Contracting Authority for Electronic Invoicing): every Greek public sector body has its own unique code.
- AAHT name: the official name of the contracting authority.
- ADAM (Online Registry Posting Number): the unique identifier carried by every public sector contract.
- ADA of the Commitment Approval (the decision that reserves budget for the contract).
- Budget type.
- CPV code for your products or services.
Step 1: Find the contracting authority code and name
You can look up the code and the name of the contracting authority in the GSIS public bodies registry by searching with your customer's tax ID (AFM).
Step 2: Find the contract details in KIMDIS
For the remaining fields (ADAM, commitment ADA, budget type and CPV code) you can search KIMDIS, the Central Electronic Registry of Public Contracts, by selecting Contracts (Συμβάσεις).
Enter your own tax ID in the Contractor AFM (ΑΦΜ Αναδόχου) field to locate your contract.
Finally, click Contract Details (Στοιχεία Σύμβασης) and the contract file will open with all the information you need.
Tip: Once you have gathered the details, you fill them in once in the B2G Details section of the invoice form in Wrapp, and your invoice is transmitted automatically to the public sector and to myDATA, the e-invoicing platform of AADE (the Greek tax authority).
