# Who files the myDATA provider declaration, and why the old page looks empty

> ΑΑΔΕ publishes two provider declaration pages: one for the old Α.1258/2020 regime and one for the new Α.1112/2025 regime. Open the wrong one and you see «no declarations found» even when everything is in order. Here is which page applies, who has to file, and the one step that stays with you.

You log in to myDATA, look for your provider declaration and read «no declarations found». In most cases nothing is missing: you are looking at the page for the old regime. ΑΑΔΕ keeps two separate provider declaration pages, and only one of them accepts new declarations.

### Two pages on myDATA, one in force

Both are published on the ΑΑΔΕ myDATA page, one next to the other:

| Link on ΑΑΔΕ | What it lists | Regime |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Δήλωση παρόχου ηλ. τιμολόγησης | «Δήλωση αποκλειστικής έκδοσης στοιχείων μέσω Παρόχου» | Old, Α.1258/2020. Ceased to apply on 1/11/2025 |
In force since 1/11/2025 |

Α.1258/2020 was the decision governing declarations of exclusive electronic invoicing through a provider, tied to the older article 71ΣΤ incentives. Α.1112/2025 replaced it: article 13 of the new decision states plainly that Α.1258/2020 ceases to apply from 1/11/2025, the same date on which article 6 and the new declaration take effect.

**In practice:** if you had no declaration in force before 31/10/2025, the old page will always be empty for you. That does not mean something is missing. Check the new one.

### Who files the declaration

The provider, not you. Article 6 of Α.1112/2025 places the duty on the provider to file the «Δήλωση Έναρξης Ηλεκτρονικής Έκδοσης Στοιχείων» through the myAADE portal, **no later than ten days** from the date your contract takes effect.

From there the process runs on two ten-day deadlines, and they are easy to confuse:

- **Ten days for the provider.** From the contract taking effect, to file the declaration.
- **Ten days for you.** From the filing date, to accept or reject it. You are notified by a posting in e-κοινοποιήσεις on myAADE and by email to the address registered there.

If your deadline passes with no action, **the declaration is deemed accepted**. If the provider does not file within its own ten days, the duty moves to you: the business files it itself, within ten days of the provider's deadline expiring.

### The one thing you do yourself

Before the provider's services start being used, you submit a special authorisation in the `Εξουσιοδοτήσεις` section of TaxisNet and the provider accepts it. It is a separate act from the declaration, set out in the same article 6, and the provider cannot do it in your place.

### What gets declared

The declaration records the relationship between provider and business. As a minimum it carries:

- VAT number and name of the issuing business.
- VAT number and name of the provider.
- The ΥΠΑΗΕΣ software and its **suitability licence number**.
- The contract date and the start date of electronic issuance.
- The transaction categories: **wholesale, retail, public contracts**.
- Internet provider contract details for the fallback connection, **where retail transactions are supported**.

A unique declaration number is assigned on successful submission. That is the number shown in the «Αρ. Δήλωσης» column of the new page, alongside the provider's VAT number, the dates and the status.

The last point answers a question we are asked often: why your internet connection details are needed. The connection company, the contract number and its date are mandatory fields once you issue retail documents, and they are the one part of the declaration a provider cannot know on its own.

### If you already had a declaration under Α.1258/2020

It is not cancelled. Declarations in force on 31/10/2025 remain in force. There is, however, a duty to **update, where required**, the transactions covered by electronic issuance, by filing a new «Δήλωση Έναρξης Ηλεκτρονικής Έκδοσης Στοιχείων» under article 6.

In practice this is triggered when the categories change: a declaration that covered only wholesale and now has to cover retail or [public sector invoicing](/en/resources/b2g-provider-declaration), for example. If nothing changed, the old declaration stands.

### The ΙδιοΠάροχος in the title

The new page's title also mentions the ΙδιοΠάροχος, the self-provider, and that adds to the confusion. It means a business that runs the electronic issuance service for itself, exclusively for wholesale transactions. To do so it needs a permanent establishment in Greece, gross revenue of at least **€50,000,000**, and its own software suitability licence from the ΑΑΔΕ committee. For the overwhelming majority of businesses the route is not available, so the part of the title that applies to you is «μέσω Παρόχου».

### When the relationship ends

Whenever the contractual relationship stops, a «Δήλωση Ανάκλησης Ηλεκτρονικής Έκδοσης Στοιχείων» is filed, by the business or the provider as the case may be, by the **tenth day of the month following** the month it ended. The end date follows from the last document transmitted through that provider.

### Why this matters now

Because the declaration is more than paperwork. The transitional period of [mandatory e-invoicing](/en/resources/mandatory-e-invoicing-greece-october-2026), from 1/10/2026 to 31/12/2026, applies only where a declaration was filed on time with a start date no later than 1/10/2026. No declaration, no transitional period. Reading the wrong page and concluding that nothing has been filed is, in that context, an expensive mistake in either direction.

### With Wrapp, we file it

Wrapp is a licensed ΥΠΑΗΕΣ provider, so the article 6 duty sits with us. We file the declaration with ΑΑΔΕ under our own details and our software licence number, and you do not need to open myAADE to submit it.

What you supply once is what we cannot know: the legal representative, your accountant's details, and your internet connection with its contract number and date. You sign the agreement and grant the TaxisNet authorisation. The steps inside the app are in the [provider declaration guide](/en/resources/ypahes-provider-declaration).

If you are still choosing a provider ahead of 1/10/2026, see the [Wrapp plans](/en/plans).

## Frequently asked questions

### Why does the ΑΑΔΕ page tell me «no declarations found»?

You are most likely on the old page. myDATA has two: «Δήλωση παρόχου ηλ. τιμολόγησης», which lists declarations filed under Α.1258/2020, and «Δήλωση ηλεκτρονικής έκδοσης στοιχείων μέσω Παρόχου, ΙδιοΠαρόχου ή της εφαρμογής timologio», which lists declarations filed under Α.1112/2025. Since 1/11/2025 new declarations go on the second page. If you never had an old declaration in force, the first page is empty and that is normal.

### Who files the declaration, me or my provider?

The provider. Α.1112/2025 article 6 places the duty on them: they file the «Δήλωση Έναρξης Ηλεκτρονικής Έκδοσης Στοιχείων» through myAADE no later than ten days from the date the contract takes effect. You are notified through e-κοινοποιήσεις on myAADE and by email, and you may accept or reject it within ten days.

### What happens if I do not respond to my provider's declaration?

If the ten days pass with no action, the declaration is deemed accepted. No step of yours is needed for it to take effect, but it is worth reading: accepting it locks in what was declared, including the transaction categories.

### What if the provider misses the deadline?

The duty passes to you. The business then files the declaration itself, within ten days of the provider's deadline expiring.

### I already filed a declaration under Α.1258/2020. Do I have to file again?

Not on its own account. Declarations in force on 31/10/2025 remain in force. You do have to update the transactions covered by electronic issuance, where that is required, by filing a new «Δήλωση Έναρξης Ηλεκτρονικής Έκδοσης Στοιχείων» under article 6. In practice this matters when the categories change, for example when retail or public sector invoicing is added to a declaration that only covered wholesale.

### Is there anything I definitely have to do myself?

Yes, one thing. Before the provider's services start being used, you submit a special authorisation in the «Εξουσιοδοτήσεις» section of TaxisNet and the provider accepts it. It is a separate act from the declaration and the provider cannot do it in your place.

### What exactly gets declared?

Among other fields: your VAT number and name, the provider's VAT number and name, the ΥΠΑΗΕΣ software and its licence number, the contract date, the start date of electronic issuance, and the transaction categories, meaning wholesale, retail and public contracts. Where retail transactions are supported, the internet contract details for the fallback connection are declared too. A unique declaration number is assigned on successful submission.

### Why am I asked for my internet connection details?

Because the declaration requires them once you issue retail documents. The provider company, the contract number and its date are needed so the fallback connection is on record in case the primary one is lost. It is the one field in the declaration a provider cannot know on its own.

### What is the ΙδιοΠάροχος mentioned in the page title?

A self-provider: a business that runs the electronic issuance service for itself, exclusively for wholesale transactions. To qualify it needs a permanent establishment in Greece, gross revenue of at least €50,000,000, and its own software suitability licence. For the overwhelming majority of businesses this route is not available.

### What happens if I change provider or end the relationship?

A «Δήλωση Ανάκλησης Ηλεκτρονικής Έκδοσης Στοιχείων» is filed, by the business or the provider as the case may be, by the tenth day of the month following the month the contractual relationship ended. The end date follows from the last document transmitted through that provider.

### With Wrapp, who files it?

Wrapp does. As a licensed provider we file the declaration with ΑΑΔΕ ourselves, under our own details and our software licence number. You supply the required details once, sign the agreement and grant the TaxisNet authorisation. You do not need to open myAADE to file anything.
